Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 September 2026

1. The service

Stricca generates suggested running routes from your input and lets you download them as GPX files. It is provided by Zero One Research s. r. o., IČO 55472524, DIČ 2121997911, with registered office in Bratislava, Slovak Republic.

2. Routes are suggestions — your safety is your responsibility

Generated routes are automated suggestions based on open map data. They may be inaccurate, out of date, or unsafe (for example crossing private land, busy roads, closed paths, or hazardous terrain). You are solely responsible for assessing the safety and suitability of any route before and during use, for obeying all laws and signage, and for your own safety. Do not rely on a route for navigation in conditions where an error could cause harm.

No medical or fitness advice. Stricca does not provide medical, fitness, or training advice. A generated route is a geographic suggestion only, not a prescription for exercise. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise programme.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide a valid email and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Stricca is not intended for users under the age of 13. Users aged 13–17 may use the service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Your content, and conduct towards other people

Stricca has social features: you can add friends, and share activities, photos, videos, notes and a display name with them. Anything you post is your content, and you are responsible for it.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive behaviour towards other users. You must not post, upload, send, or otherwise make available any content — including run notes, comments, photos, videos, route names, display names, usernames, or profile images — that is:

You must not harass, stalk, threaten, or abuse another user, and you must not use Stricca’s social or location features to track or approach a person who has not consented to it.

6. Reporting, blocking, and what we do about it

Every shared activity in your feed, and every runner in your friends list, search results, or friend requests, carries a Report control and a Block control. Blocking is immediate and mutual: a blocked person can no longer see your activities, send you a friend request, react to your runs, or find you in search. You can review and undo your blocks at any time in the app under Profile.

We review reports of objectionable content and abusive behaviour and act on them within 24 hours of receiving them. Acting may mean removing the content, suspending the account, or removing the user from the service.

You can report content or a user in the app, or by emailing support@zerooneresearch.ai. Please include enough detail for us to find the content.

7. Intellectual property

Map and routing data are provided by OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Database License. GPX files you generate are yours to use. The application itself remains the property of Zero One Research s. r. o.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of routes or distances.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zero One Research s. r. o. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for injury, loss, or damage arising from use of a generated route, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Contact: support@zerooneresearch.ai. See also our Privacy Policy.
